Meet Stacey
Stacey has many years experience working for top accounting firms in the Waikato. Her area of expertise is farming, being born and bred on a dairy farm in the Waikato. She worked as a farm consultant for five years at AgFirst Waikato before pursuing a career in accounting. What sets her apart from other accountants is her whole farm systems approach to accounting and business financial analysis. She understands the particular requirements of running an agribusiness, so when a client says that pasture cover is only 2,000 heading into the start of calving and they need to purchase extra feed that wasn't in the budget, she knows exactly where they are coming from. Stacey has an Agricultural Science degree with First Class Honours obtained from Lincoln University and is a certified chartered public accountant.
Her and her husband own and operate a panel and paint business with a team of eight employees so Stacey has first-hand experience of managing staff, cash flow and assessing investment opportunities.
Outside of work you will find Stacey taking her dogs for a walk on the beach, running bush trails or out on the mountain bike trails.
